I think that this is not fixed. When I try to vote at L2Network I get this message: Your vote for L2 Cygnus could not be validated. It appears you voted today allready but ingame when I click on the specific npc I get the message you didn't vote. Same thing happens with l2servers even after I wait 5 minutes.

I reworked voting system, it may not work properly max for 12h.
After this period should be working all tops.

Sometimes passive skills go off after dying :S

It may be just visual bug.
Can you post a screenshot when that happens?
Also this skill probably is removed earlier than all others so maybe you have to vote again to get it.

I'll try to take a picture of it, it just goes away and I have to go back to the city to talk to the npc again to regain it.

Ohh and It's not visual at all, my stats get modified

I can vote normally for topzone and hopzone and get the reward buff. But it isn't working for l2servers and l2network. The vote is registered but npcs reply that I didn't vote.

Server receives information straight from they websites. If they do not send information about valid vote, server can't recognize you as voter.
Also for L2Servers you may need to wait up to 5 minutes until vote are confirmed.
I will review L2Network in future.
