Iron Circlet not working ?

It says in the description that it increases the PVP damage but the damage is practically the same. I tested on an archer attacking multiple times with it on and off and there is no change to the damage whatsoever.

It is working, just tested.
How did you tested it?

On a duel. The archer would hit me with the circlet on and then with it off and the damage was practically the same unless the damage boost is like 20-50.

Damage boost is 5%. For properly testing you should hit maybe about 50-100 hits with circlet and without then sum all damage and divide from hits count and then compare.
