Why is that in some classes we get armor penalty?
Eg. I want to use light set in my blade dancer, for some reason, so why is this?

Its not like daggers/archers/tyrants using heavy, its a low class.

Hi, i know that for some reason you guys left this buff at 2 min.

But take into account that by doing this, you are already nerfing some classes that use physical damage not skill. eg, tanks, bards.
Also, the limited buff number will not umbalance by having these buffs, you will have to sacrifice a buff slot.

Please take this into consideration.
