I've read on the forum that some of them give bonuses, is this right?

Yes that is true.
Here is a list with bonuses:

  • Wizard Hat (+5% m.atk)

  • Iron Circlet (+5% pvp p.atk)

  • Dapper Cap (+4 accuracy)

  • Tateossian Hairband (+4 evasion)

    		Well it's extra items, price for that kind of items will not be reduced.
    Prices in shop are reduced automatically and it depend on top player pvp count.
    Price will be reduced for B/A grade Enchants/Armors/Weapons.
