Hi, I have a couple of questions about Heroes.
1: I've read that hero weapons have their stats increased, how much?
2: I've also read that penalties from hero skills has been removed, what does this mean?

Hero weapons is like S grade +12.
Penalties is not removed. Where did you found that kind of information?

It's about hero skills not weapon.
And that means that not all hero skills are allowed on map if players count is low at that moment.
