Problem with S Grade Dual Trade

Hello,
Today i had all the materials for the S Grade Dual Blades but it took away from me only the Warsmith's Holder (x8 ) and Dualsword Craft Stamps (x5) and it gave me nothing.
What is going on? How will i get the items i lost back and what will happen with the trade now?
I have the picture but i don't know how i can upload it.

I have tested and it's really bug exclusively with S grade duals.
I will return items that you lost or trade items if you have them all into duals.
Right now S duals will be removed from GM shop.
But you still need upload image with proof that you lost materials.

Adm, could you detail the items required to get S duals? (trading to you).
Since they'll be removed from gm shop there's no way we can check what is required, thanks!

show him a picture to get them back.
