Make some modifications cause it's not working properly... fix it because we fight 5vs2 and auto balancing is off :S

Auto balancing is not off.
It check teams every 4 minutes.

From logs I can see that even you was moved to other faction by balancing system.
By the way you say 5 vs 2 but you named yourself and two extra players.

I just saw 2 of us against five of them.. now I don't remember.
