HP Voter buff

Hello, i've been having this problem... already voted for every server but can't get hp buff (even voted for l2network). Don't know what's the deal, but I can't get it :s

This issue is on l2network side. They messed up timing for vote a little bit.
There will be no problem if you will vote 12:00 and 00:00 GMT+2 but
if you will vote later i.e. then few hours from that time they may not let you vote but in their system you will be marked as not voted in 12 hours period.
I have no idea why they did like that. I have asked them to check that and they told me that they will but since that time nothing changed.

What should i do then?

There is nothing that you can do. Probably I will increase l2network skill expiration time to i.e. 18 hours.
This will not solve this problem completely but it should be better then it is now.
