I made a rebirth for defence but i lost vote buff and now i can't vote at topzone again because i need 7 hours! Fix that bug please or they are not stuck if we do rebirth the vote buff?

Vote and rebirth skills has no conflict to each other. There is no vote bug on server side. You may lose vote buff if your IP has changed.
Also if you can't get topzone buff it can be because topzone sometimes can block server requests because of security reasons on their side.
