new update problems

After this new update.. when I 2 click on l2.exe...the game its not opening. what should i do??

Models are buggy after update. People who's gender have changed, fly in dat form.
Counter skills have no tooltip or icons. And i'd like to know the reasoning behind them counter skills? Ty.

If you don't see icons of new skills then try to download updates again or patch.
New passive skills is for making PvP not so static as it's now. But for now I'm not saying that it is permanent it can be removed at any time.
