Please fix Blinding Blow, buff that im gettin after using it isnt counted as self buff and overbuffs me even if i have 1 buffslot free, also just wanna remind to fix order of buffs used in scheme.

Order is fixed, but you will have to save new template.
Issue with Blinding Blow will be fixed after next server restart.
