root 100% i dont think i need to add something also you can spam it

i'd hit 500 with frenzy, zealot and rage, so fun, and they hit me for 2.5k, most smart "fix" of this woooorld ...

Destroyers/Titans are nerfed. More speed you have less damage you will do. But skills are not nerfed.

Like skills has 0 cd? lol... 500 dmg to all mages per crit. while i hit 2 skills they alrdy kill me... at leas do it 50% idk .. but 500? 500??500???? with frenzy and zealot??????? o boy... some sense plx.
Dagger still hitting 5-7k and u care about frenzy.

Destroyers can have max 157 run speed.
Titans can have max 147 run speed.
If they have more than this values damage is reduced by 2% for every point.
Max can be reduced by 90% (this value may be changed in near future).
