I WANNA KNOW HOW WORK REBIRTH SYSTEM I CAN REBIRHT WITH SUB CLASS AND USE WITH CLASS BASS ? ?

No one can register or only players with same IP?
Your rebirth skill will be for all sub classes.

but admin if i get skill rebirth with my base class then i use one of my sub i get 2 books ? same ?

You just need rebirth book, doesn't matter class or subclass. When you will learn rebirth skill it will be for all sub-classes and your main class.
Registration to event should be available by now.
