When I use the cp is deactivated only after passing my weapon plus 12 when using a weapon grade b the cp works

You probably talking about newbie potions.
Newbie potions is for newbies only.
If you are not newbie anymore newbie potions will not work.
One of factors that decides you are newbie or not is gear that you have.
