BD bow damage is not nerfed just restored to default.
Can you show me any screenshot that can prove that BD with same items doing more damage than any archer?

It may be for a few reasons:
1. You are not a nobles.
2. You don't have third profession.
3. You try register with sub-class.
4. You have A or S grade in your inventory.

I can't add zones that is used by other events.
Any other zone can be added.
