Skills are not tested 100%. I think on this website is mistake, it should reduce by 5%.

Tyrants normally are able and allovved to play at any kind of armor , they actually play vvith both according to their enemy not only in pvp but olympiad as vvell.

Tyrants are very strong class even with light armors.

Its only in RB zones. Like antharas and valakas lairs. Everyone had this problem, not only guys from EU or Russia.

Players will not be teleported back to town if they will be disconnected in Baium, Frintezza, Valakas or Antharas lairs.
