Yes, they are strong.

These classes are strong enough in my opinion.

Double reward class gets double PVP also.
If they don't have more then 2x more points then second one player on top list then it's alright.

Right now I don't think that they should be moved out of double reward list.

Well right now on raid hunt type map raid will be teleported to random location every 3 minutes if raid will be not in combat.

Sounds clearly but I can reproduce situation as you described.
Short video or at least screenshots can help little bit more then just description of it.

All dagger classes are nerfed that why it may look not as good as in other servers.
Trick has every dagger class and it works.
Mirage success chance is reduced.
Bluff chance increased.
Blow type skills reuse time increased.
Dash reuse time increased.
Even with nerfs dagger class are one of the strongest including Adventures.

It's bug.
It will be fixed after next restart.

But competition period I will stop manually at Saturday. After that NPC will show correct timing.

Right now it works that reward gets only party which one do the most damage.
Maybe I will change that in future but for now answer to your question is - no.

Try to rise your level to 76 and then try again.
