Well I checked out and now I know the situation.
You was not on killer party of Baium.
Achievement for Antharas is bugged but I know full list of players that was on killer party and I can add reward manually.
I can give reward now but everyone should be on game or I can add manually to completed achievements list but that can be done only after next server restart.

Your faction level is recalculated when you use teleporter.
I can't say now is this is a reason why that happened but I will check it.

For none newbie or DB/SWS players buffs slots count is 22+4 (divine).
If you have more then you should have then it will not be returned.

There was no restart in between you killed boss and tried to get reward?

I'm not talking about lag and critical error.
I'm talking about that you can't re-enter boss zone whenever you like or need.
Critical errors most likely is game client bug.
Massive lag on enter boss zone is probably PC or bad client network connection consequence.
There is no different behavior for different characters on entering boss zone.

Boss zones works like that.
You can't enter whenever you like.
There is time limit when you can re-enter boss zone and that's done for a reason.

Does everyone was in party who can't get reward when you killed this grand bosses?

First of all tyrants already is one of strongest classes even with light armors and I have no intention to make this class even stronger.
Tyrants can't wear heavy armors for the same reason as archers and daggers - they don't have heavy armor mastery.
Heavy armor penalty will stay for all classes that don't have heavy armor mastery.

There is two novice level groups 1 and 2.
Both levels gets extra buff slots.

1 lvl group:
PVP count less then 500
Faction level lower then 3
Rebirth count 0

2 lvl group:
PVP count less then 1000
Faction level lower then 5
Rebirth count less then 3
