Member 2 reward is not armor enchants.
There is no error on that time when you took reward.
I will review code of achievement system but I will not compensate anything now because there is no proof that it's not working properly.

This achievement is not repeatable.

Fixed. Will be committed after next server restart.

Archers physical damage is reduced but skill damage is increased.
Balance is not only about damage.
It also includes range, speed and character skills.

After next server restart both buffs will be able to use together.

Can you write down date and time when that happened and GMT that you are in?

On event dual boxing is not allowed.
Even if you have only one character online but you share IP with someone who is on event you will not be allowed if server will not get your PC unique ID.
I will extend l2network skill expiration time after next server restart.

1. From grand bosses just stronger ones like Baium.
