It's because of greater faction level. Low level CP and elixirs are only for newbie players.

I don't see many dwarfs that is not spoiler.
Spoil system will be modified little bit.
It will not take items adens from newbies.
If spoiler will die all spoiled players will be removed from spoil list.
And spoilers in order to get spoil reward will have to do at least some damage.

I checked it out and on my system it displays correct message of item skills.
Try to download this server system patch then delete old one and only then paste new patch.

But probably it's incorrect message on weapon rather than incorrect skill.

Well I'm not sure about that. Is it really a problem newbie potions? Even if I will make them consumable how to know how many potions need for newbie player?

If you have clean system of this server without any extra addition then it's original patch.
