I will not add enchants but I will add materials and probably recipes but right now I'm not sure about price.

If you don't see icons of new skills then try to download updates again or patch.
New passive skills is for making PvP not so static as it's now. But for now I'm not saying that it is permanent it can be removed at any time.

Only self buffs will not take slot with no exceptions.

There is a lot of mods but it's on client side that means if you want something that looks different you can do this by replacing your old game client files with another ones already modified.

Yes it adds 5% but you can't wear it with aden circlet.
