Speed for almost all short range classes has been increased but not for adventurers.
There is nothing wrong with that.

5% means wrong system message. With every level it adds only +3 evasion and +3 accuracy.

Right now I don't have positive opinion about that because it can cause confusion so I'm not going to make it now but maybe in future I will remove this restriction but just maybe.

That would be a huge advantage for classes that don't need a lot MP.
This is PvP server and suggestions like that will not be implemented that's for sure.
So basically you just asking to remove no MP consumption feature. I will tell it once - no MP consumption feature will not be removed. Reasons why:
1. Even with 200 restored MP with default reuse time players can click MP potions constantly and mana burn will not effect target as you expect.
2. This is PvP type server and no MP for all classes (except healers) is inappropriate for that kind of server.

Why do you suggest to reduce MP restoration amount from 1000 to 200 you understand?

Maybe you are playing on different server and just use this server forum?

1. Bishops can't use skills with no MP and can't use MP potions while are in combat mode.
2. It will not change anything unless will be added reuse time.
3. Is it so hard to understand that no MP consumption means that class can use skill without MP. And mana burn works on bishops.
First - I did not removed elven elders from healers category. Where did you get this information?
Second - shillien elder is not even close to bishops.

Just got an AQ event where there were like 10 lv12+ players, heros and sh.. against mostly newbies, sorted by clan ofcourse.

I will shortly explain how it works.
In case where one faction have more players then two other factions together teams are formed randomly without looking at class or clan.
When just one team is divided in two other teams then only team that has lowest count of players will be divided by looking at faction level and class if it is healer.

1. As for now I'm thinking that classes that would be able to use hero weapon on subclass can be only healers and daggers of course then for those classes hero weapon will not be changeable.
2. It's not useless for healers and it will not be removed.
