PvP can end in less then 5 seconds so making 15 seconds reuse time will make them useless.

After next restart will be restriction for healers. It will be allowed only one healer for 5 players. Also third faction with lowest count of participants will be divided by faction level not random like it's now.

I just checked and topzone send information that you didn't vote. And don't say something like half server don't get buff or something like that because this system works for everyone in same way and only you complaining about topzone.
Make sure that you have static IP.
And do you see message on topzone website that shows how many time left until next vote?

It works for me so if it don't work for you then problem probably is between you and TopZone.

Edit: its strange, after few hours of being offline I logged into game and I got that speed buff without voting and it says my vote expires only in 1 day and 12 hours But its true that sometimes all players dont get buff

If L2Server fails to send information to this server then they try again later so if you voted earlier but information was send a lot later then it can be that you get vote buff without voting that day. But it should be 24 hours or less. I will check it maybe server sends incorrect message.

If NPC shows that you can take reward then it can be only two possible reasons.
1. TopZone block server requests but in this case no one should get reward
2. TopZone for some reason do not allow to vote you
When you enter TopZone website you should see how many time left until you will be able to vote again. Do you see that?

Well he is complaining about mages debuff land success chance but RB jewelry don't increase resistance to any magical debuff except root so he probably thinks that RB jewelry has higher M.def.

It will still do damage just less then now.

Vote buff is attached to your IP if your IP has changed then it's normal that you loose buff.
And you can't vote few times in less than 24 hours.

And admin if you say this is balance then a fighter when will have rb jewels will be undead cause of their resists are too super and they avoid every curse we do to them even if it's enchanted.

1. RB jewelry have same M.Def as other S grade jewelry so it will not make any difference for landing magical debuffs.
2. For BD/SWS/Tanks will be reduced P.damage for using weapons that don't belong to that class and nothing else will be nerfed.
3. Stop spamming forum with your persuasion that stun/root lands 100% and all curses has 0% success to land on fighter. That is not even close to truth.

I don't see any problem with that site right now.
