Two time frames are pointless to be honest. You should switch it back to 1 time frame and set it in a time when the server is most populated. Oly periods just go by wasted because there are not enough people to participate especially in the morning times.

On a duel. The archer would hit me with the circlet on and then with it off and the damage was practically the same unless the damage boost is like 20-50.

It says in the description that it increases the PVP damage but the damage is practically the same. I tested on an archer attacking multiple times with it on and off and there is no change to the damage whatsoever.
